Bel Air

Welcome to Bel Air

Luxury living in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains
Easily one of the most famous neighborhoods in the world, Bel Air’s name precedes itself. There is no other community that houses more celebrities, A-listers, and notable people than this hillside enclave with sweeping views of Los Angeles.
The community was founded in 1923 by Alphonzo Bell when he bought a large ranch with a home on what is now Bel Air Road. After developing the community, he also built the Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades and the Bel-Air Country Club. His wife chose elegant Italian names for the streets in Bel Air before founding the Bel-Air Garden Club in 1931. Together with Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills, Bel Air forms the Platinum Triangle of Los Angeles neighborhoods.
If you have the means for this absolutely breathtaking neighborhood, it is one of the best real estate investments money can buy.

Dining, Shopping & Entertainment

Beverly Glen Circle is a central shopping and dining plaza in Bel Air and includes the buzzy, popular French bistro and bar Jolie along with Vibrato’s, the live jazz club and restaurant. The area is also home to Fabrocini’s and Il Segreto, which are both upscale Italian restaurants, and the Beverly Glen Deli. Nearby Sherman Oaks is filled with prime shopping, fitness classes, and fun restaurants such as The Sherman and Anejo Cantina
